The “Gen” State: Connecting Four Generations to Achieve Success

One of our speakers at the Summit is Diane Gibson, President & Founder of DMG Consultancy, Ltd.

She will be talking about Idaho:The Gem State evolving into “The GEN State”© as four distinct generations inhabit the workplace and the customer base.  Businesses today are experiencing a historically unique phenomenon;a mix of Traditionalists, Boomers, Gen X, and Millennials.  In this new world of four generations, each must be able to productively engage and relate.

We are very excited about her session and think it will valuable to all sectors within the tourism industry.  Have you registered yet for this great event, do so today!
